OUR PROCESS

Purchasing Trade Only products from Maison CE is an effortless process:

ORDERING

Once you have placed your order, Maison CE will process all purchasing paperwork with the designer showroom.  We will expedite your order to your specifications, and will schedule freight & delivery to your residence.  In many cases when making an out-of-state purchase, your order may be sales tax exempt.  Maison CE can provide you with a copy of our original paperwork from the manufacturer for your records.  For your confidence, all merchandise is backed by the manufacturer's warranty and is fully insured during shipping.

Please note: custom products take around 8-10 weeks to manufacture and ship.  Many fabric orders can be shipped right away.  We will keep you updated and provide time estimates from the manufacturer.

BRANDS

We have a sample list of manufacturers listed by their individual categories (fabrics, wallpaper, etc.).  However, these are not comprehensive lists of all of the manufacturers we have relationships with - if you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us!

DESIGN CENTER

Maison CE will provide you with a letter of introduction, which will give you access to your local design center's Trade Only showrooms.  This letter kindly requests the showroom to provide you with information tear sheets on items selected and gives you an opportunity to see the product in person.  Our clients find the showrooms very helpful working on this basis, knowing that Maison CE will be professionally handling the purchasing end for you. 

SAMPLES

Please let us know if you would like to see a sample of a product before you purchase it.  We would be happy to set you up with a meeting in the designer's showroom or can order one for you (sample order costs vary from designer to designer).  We highly recommend getting a sample as fabrics and wallpapers can look different on computer screens versus in person.
